He was the first Small Business Innovation Research recipient.
John J. Russell Jr., President, received a BSc in Chemistry from Rochester Institute of Technology. His career began with Xerox Corp. and he served in Senior Research Chemist positions with several Fortune 500 companies. He held senior marketing positions with Western Union and Honeywell. He holds more than 75 U.S. and foreign patents and has published several journal articles. John brings a well-rounded background of taking products from lab bench to production.
Dennis Torkko, Co-Founder, Executive Vice-President, Treasurer, is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He joined Arthur Anderson (AA) where he was a partner for 22 years before his retirement in 2001. At AA he held various senior management responsibilities, including the development and operations management of the company's global outsourcing business (grew sales from zero at inception in 1996 to $300 million in 2000).
Gary Pawlovich, Vice-President Sales, is a proven sales executive with extensive experience in consistently growing revenue, profitable sales, senior customer relationships, and building talent. Gary was with Kimberly-Clark Corporation as Director of sales where he led a team of 21 professionals with total revenues in excess of $245 million.
Robert (Bob) D. Marshall, Director - Customer Care & Logistics, graduated from Ohio University with a BA in Political Science. Bob has held positions as Manager of Customer Care, National Merchandising Manager, Manager of Sales Training, and managed a team responsible for penetrating emerging markets for consumer products, all for a major Fortune 100 company.
